Got mine invitation for Friday 4th July at 10.50 am. Not surprised at all after all the changes that took place within the Dept. of Justice. Got mine for Fri 4th July at 10.50 am. As there are 3800 people attending plus their guests, it is obviously not possible to have a whole ceremony at one time. So excited and happy. Congratulations to everyone who will be there at that day!

I got an email confirming that I am scheduled on next ceremony in mid May, now I got mine official invitation (by post) received yesterday - Fri 4th July at 10.50 am. I wrote an email to citizenship in Justice, they wrote: One guest per applicant is recommended. I am planning to have three people with me. I suppose it depends on capacity of Convention Centre where a ceremony takes place and on how many applicants will be invited for an oath.

I guess with the resignation of a former Minister Mr. Alan Shatter etc., the new Minister Mrs. Frances Fitzgerald will have much more important things to deal firstly with that a citizen ceremony. For me personally first week in July would be great.

I was in contact with a lady from the INIS Office in Tipperary 2 weeks ago, and I was told that the next ceremony will take place at the beginning of July, on a Friday. But since then I have heard contradicting information. Did anyone else hear anything? It seems they don't want to say too much. I ...

Hi, the dates of ceremony are quite flexible. Below are dates of ceremonies in Dublin in last two years (http://www.inis.gov.ie).
