fresh tier 2 application and it was granted in July 2015 (tier 2 dependant). Her clock for ILR was likely reset to zero at this point and she will be on a 5 year route to ILR. No, she will be under the 5 year route as PBS dependent. She would only have been able to apply for your if she had NOT done a private life application on her own.
