Many thanks for the reply .She has been living in this country from 2010 dependent on my Tier 1 .Can she combine those 6 yrs and 2 Flr FP extensions to apply for ILR on Long Residece Base.

I am British and I have 2 kids they both are british and both born here there ages are 4.6 and 2.5 but wife is currently on FLR M but unfortunately I cannot meet financial requirement for Renewal what other options do I have.Can I use FLR FP form to extend her visa.

Do kids neeeds to attend the appointment as well for fast track......and when u rung them did they give u appointment the next following day.....plz reply many thanks.

Guys needs ur help:
I have applied for my kids MN1 in july but still under process and I need to go back home at the end of this month I dont think so I will get it......can I apply for my kids Indefinite on same day while MN1 is under process ......

DEAR ALL SPECIALLY DR.SHAHJEE Myy friend have got ILR and have 3 kids holding British Passports .....needs to apply for wife visa but he cannot meet financial requirement which is £18600/=....but he earns only £9000/ .....so what option he has got to apply for wife visa......He cannoy apply for her ...

Accountant and solicitor can sign MN1 form.4 months ago my friend was facing same issue but he took it to Accountant and signed it.He put covering letter along with it and mentioned that I been to Gp they refused it ...been to minister of religion he refused on the basis he knows me but dont no my c...

Thanks...why I have to apply the above on joint name...can I apply on my name alone bcoz my wife is not eligible for benefits for 5 years....Is it compulsory to apply on joint names plz advise...many many thanks

But if I mention to them that I am applying for myself and 2 kids on my behalf not on my wife behalf and will vontribute my wife rent.
