if someone got eea resident card on behalf of eea family member before he was asylum seeker but his intial asylum was refused he withdraw his case from court after he got eea resident card for family member of eea citizen so can he visit his parents in his home country with eea2 resident card and wh...

do u know what should we do if some one lost his rc abroad so he needs to apply for single entry visa uk or eea family permit they r unmarried partners as well so what he needs to do they contact to british high comission but they did nt give any reasonable answer

i have recieved my rc on a4 paper next month i m going to see my parents in pakistan i am unmarried partner of eea national but i have a baby as well so is there any problem when i board to flight from pakistan plz tell me i am so confused about it

we are in a durable relationship we fullfilled all our requirment just the problem is that she was previously married in slovakia but she was living here for 2.5 years her divorce proceeding are in court so can i get rc or do i need to wait for proceeding to be finalised we have a baby as well

my solicitor said she will not come in court i am very worried about it i dont have enough money to hire another my court is on 1sept please give me advice what should i do refer me any cases that i can speak in court please obie help me out please i ll b very thank full to you pleaseeeeer
