Is it ok to change ur designation under the same SOC while switching tier2. my new employer wants to give me a different designation but under the same SOC code. Will that affect my visa approval. Please advise

Can some one please tell me if its possible to switch from tier4 to tier2 dependant within the country (UK). I got married in UK, Nobody is giving a correct information I am confused.
