Re: NARIC and Life in UK

One last question.

My current Indian passport is expired. I do not want to renew it as I want to apply for British citizenship.
The online application is not accepting the expired passport details. How can I navigate that ?

Re: Graduate Visa Application questions

She does not have the option to edit the name in the application form. All details in the application form are being derived from the system automatically as she enters her BRP details.

She cannot pay the IHS fee as it states the given name is missing from the application form.

Re: Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)

Hi all, I am about to apply for my child's OCI. I mistakenly did not upload the surrender certificate and the registration certificate as it did not have a column for it. Now I realised that I have to combine and upload the documents. Do they upload documents on the day of appointment. OR do I have ...

Hi, Thanks for reply. As my wife also eligible for ILR by July 2020, I should go for extension for both of them I guess. It clearly says the "grant" decision has been made.

Just wait for your approval letter and BRP to come by post.

Re: Tier 2 General ILR Absences Letter

You don't have to give the reason for taking off. As long as your employer is aware and you did not breach any immigration rule, you should be fine.

Just put a start date and end date of the period you took off from work. (which you booked with your employer).

My view is that as she entered the UK almost a year after visa issue date, she can apply next year. Hi CR001, I have now got my wife's ILR. The visa issue date is counted for calculating 5 years and the date of entry was not taken into count as there is no 180 days rule for dependant visas issued b...
