If you have been on a tier 4 visa for the last 12 months then you are exempt from RLMT.

With regards to salary, I think you will have to agree on a minimum base salary with your employer and put that in the application form.

I don't know what to suggest but maybe try calling them and explain your situation.

Your LAST granted leave to enter has to be PSW in order to be exempt of RLMT. Now you are in Tier 2 already and no longer on PSW so you have to do RLMT. Sorry
