I have a friend (Vietnamese) who is planning on travelling to Gretna green to get marride to her Irish boyfriend,she is currently in Ireland 6 years with out papers to stay here,what would her staus be after the marriage when she returns to Ireland.

Hello you would probably be better off affecting a domestic local adoption in Pakistan,then you can apply for a dependent visa,we are doing the same in the Philippines takes approx 1 year,not sure how long it would take in Pakistan you cannot do an intercountry adoption through Ireland as nominated ...

The adoption is totally legal of course conducted under hauge convention rules and regulations,
