What are the strong points to challenge this decision against PBS dependents?

The worst part is, I should have continued in my PBS Tier 2 Visa and easily got ILR(PBS) to all my family members in few months, rather than switching to this ILR(10yrs) and got stuck now without any option. So stressful.

JR is the good move, we can share the cost if we are 50 in numbers, it is easy, challenge is to find that little group.

The one reason I think is- just in my case I wasn't worried of applying FLR (M) because by then the law allowed to directly move to ILR from dependent visa (though I had enough time to convert it - but didn't check the updates happening and I missed it). All of a sudden they change it and it affects...
