Serious Suggestion Needed for Schengen Visa Appointment

Dear All
I have been trying to find appointment to submit the application with TLS. The appointments are released only 45 days in advance this year. Please can you advise me what time do they open the appointment in UK as both TLS and Embassy are helpless.

I have never experienced this in the past.

Re: What's the processing time for Schengen visas these days?

Which embassy? I asked German embassy and they told to go with tls. I don't think any embassy allows this even if you have eu spouse or child. Germany is the worst one, they used to open the appointment for 3 month in advance now it’s 45 days and there are no appointments anywhere. All they say is ...

Re: Income Threshold Query

I am doing my tax return with the accountant. The income is coming in the bank and sometimes I spend cash too. I’m sure the HO will not ask for every expense receipt. They are more concerned to see if the income is £18.6k and if the tax has been paid. Even though I will have £18.6k in profit I’m not...

Re: Spouse Visa Financial Requirements?

The requirement is £18,600 and not £12,000 so you need ensure you have earned that threshold in your most recent full financial year. Hi thanks for your reply. I started working from 01/10/2020 only. Re: SET LR - Applied online 3 weeks too early

I know how the online form works. Once you submit, you get a PDF file which you can download and print. If you want to edit anything you can manually edit it or add into the paper manually by hand so its visible and add a cover letter mentioning the missed trips. Thats the only way you can do it. M...

Re: SET LR - Applied online 3 weeks too early

You can print out the relevant page, edit it manually, add a cover letter for the missed entries and upload before your appointment. You will be okay. Thank you for the response!! Unfortunately I don’t think the page can be manually edited. It’s all done online and has feed into their system. The d...

For those coming to the UK and NOT getting LLR (usually after overstaying) while in the UK, it starts from date of ENTRY to the UK and not the date visa was issued abroad.

Re: SET(LR) Application - Solicitor charging me £6k to prepare - worth it?

Hi there, I am applying for ILR under the 10 year route (2009-2019), but a solicitor is charging me 6k fee (excluding the home office fee) for the whole process. They pointed out they have to build a 'picture' of my 10year residence to be credible, and spotted some complications in my situation - f...
