Re: Child born outside UK to ILR parents

Hi Vinny, Many thanks for your response and apologies for more queries 1) Reading the forum about MN1 timelines on this forum, I understand that the typical timelines are around 4-6 months. Is that correct? 2) Is there any other way(visitor visa etc) via which the Child can come to UK and MN1 can be...

Re: SET(LR) Queries

Hi CR001, Is there any different list of documents for dependant when applying for SET LR? She has been dependant for 10 years and does not have P60 for initial 5 years. Or is she eligible as regular LR where there are far less mandatory docs like LIUK, English test, Passport scanned copies for immi...

Thanks. Can she directly apply for ILR based on SET(LR)? We are thinking if FLRM is going to take similar timeframe then she better apply for SET LR.

Re: SET(LR) Queries

Hi Gurus, I got my ILR approval. Thanks for all the guidance. My wife is still on Tier 2 ICT dependant(expiring March 2022). She needs to travel to India. My question is can she still do that on the Tier 2 ICT dependant BRP? She is planning to apply for ILR in Jan 2021. Requesting for your kind advi...

Re: SET(LR) Queries

Sorry for a silly question: I am applying SET(LR) and am currently on TIER 2 ICT(granted in 2010). For the question regarding "do you have previous Visa or leave to remain where you had to prove English Language qualification", shall I say yes? I have a Degree conversion certificate from N...

Thanks CR001. So there is no need to worry if there is no sub-category under Mandatory section and I can continue uploading the documents in the other sections as applicable?

Hello, I was waiting for the Priority/Super Priority services to resume to take an appointment for my SET(LR) application. Re: SET(LR) Queries

One other query please.
I took a tour in 2012. Given that the travel was via bus-ferry, there is no outgoing stamp from UK. There is an incoming stamp though.
I have the Tour iternary which I can attach that has the start date.
Can you please advise if this is ok?

Re: SET(LR) Queries

Many thanks CR001 for your prompt response.
If address proof is not required, I assume there is no need for any P60's to be submitted as well.
That makes it very straightforward application with basic documents like Passport, Visa, LIUK, NARIC.
Would you agree?

Correct - apply before 6th and you pay the old fees irrespective of when you get your slot.

Re: ILR Fees to increase from 6th April 2015?

Just called the helpline and as per them, there is a transition period in place which will allow applications made before 6th April(irrespective of you getting slot before of after 6th April) will be processed via old fees. I also asked her about the form and the transition applies to that as well. ...

UK NARIC

Hello,

I applied for the "Statement of Comparability" and got the letter for the same from UK NARIC.
Can someone please advise if that letter is sufficient for the ILR application or do I need to get the actual Certificate as well?
Thanks in advance
