Hey guys, can anyone tell me if it's PO that send out the appointment letters? I've received my supporting documents but no letter of appointment like some have.is this normal?

Hi guys I have a question that's been on my mind since I applied for my naturalization. I'm going on holiday in August can I still travel with my old passport or can I not leave the country while they decide my application. It's been over 6 Months. (28/10/14). Please advice
