yes even on premium service HO ll check your prev 5 years tax record. SA302 fig will not be changed if they are more than 3 or 4 years old like 2010/11/12 etc. So unfortunately every one on Tier-1 general has similar situation. All the best..

Guys Make an offical complain against HMRC via .gov.uk web. They ll reply with in 5 working days. Mine is same case and I am behind Hmrc they they it ll be updated within 2 weeks.. I am waiting for it now..Without doing complaint it was not possible to speed up the process to update of my tax return...

Guys I am in almost same situation. Have sent my 2010/11 amendment on 1st of March 2016 till today 31th of May its not been updated by HMRC. My Tier-1 Gen is exp on 26th of June 2016. HMRC said it ll be done on 18th may but did not amend later they said it ll be done on 2nd of June which I am hopefu...

Also guys in worse case if it my case refuses and i go for JR. My long residency will completer 10 years on 15th of Nov 2016.

My ac says to wait until it is updated and pay all but in above case even if u amend and pay there is no guarantee that it ll be accepted. My leave expires on 26 of June...
