I got my deception removed by winning appeal, got court fees back and also got my biometric card today, however my partner case is in JR she had submitted bundle in May and home office submitted in October, will me getting visa also increase her chance of getting visa.

U can apply by showing £200000 funds in your bank account, prepare a business plan, have an immigration solicitor who can assist you in the case and you ll get the visa. Good luck.
