Re: Do not meet financial requirement and cannot relocate

I believe FLR(FP) will be the best application. You will need to explain why there is an insurmountable obstacle to your moving to his country, as he does not seem to have any parental relationship with the children. Thankyou for the fast response :) I was hoping to rely on the fact that I as a Bri...

Re: FLR(FP) family life as a partner

Hi,
From what I have read you don't need to meet the income . Although you have to have good reasons why you and your spouse cannot move and reside in your home country. Children are helpful I believe.
Maybe someone else can advise further.

Re: Do not meet financial requirement and cannot relocate

Would this strengthen or weaken the case, as the children are 7 and 14yrs and have lived in England all their life. There is no way their biological dad would agree to them moving abroad and I couldn't go to his home country to live there and leave my children behind. He has already had entrepreneur...

In 12 months time I can apply for spouse visa (my partner doesn't yet meet the income requirement but we will do in 12months time) I was thinking that if I appeal this will buy me more time in UK whereas if I don't appeal and file a new application then if the 2nd applicat...

Re: Visa refused, applied August 2014

All the money has been invested.

If I appealed and lost would I be able to make a fresh application then and stay in UK or would I have to return home and apply from home country?

Application from psw using 50k already invested sent off!

Has anyone else applied from the psw route showing the 50k through already invested funds?

We showed the 50k in the way of a director loan but now the lawyer is suggesting to send in 50k of reciepts for extra proof.
Has anyone else applied this way? Experiences good or bad please....

Third Party Funding.... can we combine third parties??

Are we allowed to combine third parties to total the £50,000 for PSW visa?
If so are we limited to so many third parties?
I was thinking 5 people with £10,000 each.. or there abouts..
