Hi. I would love your insights on this I got a refusal letter yesterday. Here's my story 1. Re: Priority service - No reply yet... should I be concerned

Today I received a communication from Home Office to my official complain on the delay to priority service. Unfortunately, the response says the case is under investigation and enquiries are made to other departments and it's taking longer then expected. So, once your case falls under investigation...

Re: Priority service - No reply yet... should I be concerned

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of the interview scenario. I have heard that Home office is tightening the noose on Umbrella firms which provide Tier 2 visa and then shop the candidate to third party employers. Yeah I'm aware of the need to avoid those companies, and have been doing so. I'm wondering ...

Re: Priority service - No reply yet... should I be concerned

Well. I got a letter saying that my application raises 'exceptionally complex issues' and that they need more time to make a decision. Now I feel really scared since I've read on the forums that normally another letter follows with an interview appointment. Anyone with a similar situation? What cou...

Hi everyone I was wondering the following about Priority and Premium services: 1. Is it necessary to fill the online application for premium? I understand you have to get an appointment online and then attend with the filled form... 2. Is it mandatory to fill an online application for priority servi...

2. The passport travel document number (the one that normally appears on the same page where the picture is) Usually is this one that appears on your biometric page. Re: Time period for issuing Unrestricted COS

Thanks for the reply iworker. While requesting the allocations, the company sent a request through SMS stating that it was urgent due to business commitments and projects that need to be attended asap in order to avoid any impact on the business. Should I ask them to follow with an email reinforcing...

Re: Time period for issuing Unrestricted COS

That's bad news. I am on a similar situation. My company submitted a request on May 14th and I need to apply before June 15th - Any other person with a similar experience? Any ideas about how to speed up the process?

Re: Please support this petition on Tier 2 General

Well... It occurs to me that making a fresh application every time you switch jobs could be taken out. Maybe just a RLMT (if necessary) and the new employer assigns a CoS. Assuming the the tier 2 migrant has enough time left in his (her) leave. Only fresh applications due to visas expiring or resign...

Re: Switching from tier 2 general to tier 2 general and RLMT

I think the RLMT needs to be completed. You were exempt before since you were switching from PSW, but now, since you intend to switch from T2 then a RLMT is needed.

Re: RLMT completion

I have dealt with such applications before and also helped companies assigned CoS. The list used to provide which recruitment websites were allowed to be used and I found that reed.com was across all jobs, so I always recommend recruiters to use reed.com. However I have previously used monster.co.u...

Re: RLMT completion

It is only required to post in 2 websites out of which 1 must be Universal Jobmatch. In my opinion the job serve ad need not even be shown. This is just my view. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-15.pdf Pg 88 28.17 You must place two advertisements using the methods set out in this gu...

Re: RLMT completion

RLMT is valid for 6 months. However they must have taken a screen print on the date the ad was posted. Thanks for the reply talk2ram.28 I'm pretty sure they took screenshots. My concern is whether the Jobserve ad which expired after 30 days of being published and had written inside "Closing da...

Thanks a lot for your reply. I don't remember seeing this process explained in the new guidance (it should be IMO).

Thanks again
