Well... It occurs to me that making a fresh application every time you switch jobs could be taken out. Maybe just a RLMT (if necessary) and the new employer assigns a CoS. Assuming the the tier 2 migrant has enough time left in his (her) leave. Only fresh applications due to visas expiring or resign...

I think the RLMT needs to be completed. You were exempt before since you were switching from PSW, but now, since you intend to switch from T2 then a RLMT is needed.

I have dealt with such applications before and also helped companies assigned CoS. The list used to provide which recruitment websites were allowed to be used and I found that reed.com was across all jobs, so I always recommend recruiters to use reed.com.
