Tier 2 Application form and IHS Health Surcharge

Hi everyone I was checking the Tier 2 application forms and I have a couple of questions: 1. There is an online form and the PDF form (which I found via google search). The online form states that is a BETA / trial service. So I guess the best option is to apply by post using the PDF in this link?? ...

Re: CoS allocations after License Granted and RLMT

Thanks again for your help manci Well, regarding the adverts. Apparently the closing date was more speculative (not cast in stone). Some projects are coming up soon for the company and apparently they would need to sort things fairly soon. I am worried about applying before the 19th of May as being ...

Re: CoS allocations after License Granted and RLMT

manci Thanks a lot for your response. Things are getting more clear now. So, regarding the CoS allocation. They applied for the license on late March and it was granted a couple of days ago, so you mentioned they assumed that the allocation was for last year (before april 6). However, the letter sen...

Re: CoS allocations after License Granted and RLMT

iworker Thanks a lot for your reply. So regarding the RLMT. Supposing that one of the adverts (or all of them) expire or are taken down after one month or two months of being published. The question is. Should the adverts be published until the time the CoS is assigned? Let's say 6 months (as you me...

CoS allocations after License Granted and RLMT

Hi fellow members. I am about to apply for a Tier 2 Extension (Change of employment - change of both company and SOC code). The company offering me the position got their license granted 2 days ago. I have a couple of questions: 1. I was informed they have zero unrestricted CoS allocated. Apparently...

RLMT Advert

Hi everyone I asked this question as a reply to a thread recently but wanted to reiterate. My prospective employer is going through the RLMT and posted three ads. One at the Universal Jobmatch and two others, one at Gumtree and another one at Indeed. Would that be enough to do a proper RLMT? Thanks ...

Re: Sponsor License application and switch after revocation

Anyone?

I have another question. I know the ad for the RLMT has been posted on Univ. Jobmatch, Gumtree and Indeed... would that be enough for a proper RLMT?

Thanks a lot

Re: Sponsor License application and switch after revocation

Hi iworker Thanks a lot for your reply A couple of thoughts 1. I suggested having a voluntary work agreement/Work experience, but I understand the company has to be a charity (?) is that correct? 2. Apart from an advert on Directgov and another one on gumtree, which are the standard documents/proofs...

Sponsor License application and switch after revocation

Hi fellow members Here's the story. I have been sponsored as a tier 2 general since july 2013. On oct 2014 the sponsor license got suspended and finally revoked a week ago (No curtailment letter yet) I got interviewed for a new company some weeks ago for a different kind of job (different SOC code) ...

Tier 2 Sponsor License revoked in error and reinstated

Hi everyone I am really worried about this My sponsor company has been working as sole trader. Some years ago the company sent a letter informing about the intention of becoming a limited company but never went through with it and has been always a Sole Trader. This generated some confusion and the ...

Re: Police registration update (visa reported late)

kirik8

DId you mention your late registration on your application?

Did they stamp both your police registration document and your passport with the date?

Thanks in advance. This thread has been helpful :)
