Your previous posts suggest you got ilr based on 2 X 3 years DLR, which I understand did not have an English or liuk requirement for ilr. It was listed as mandatory for my naturalisation application (Jan 2022). But it wasn’t mandatory for earlier applications.

This form appeared on applicant accounts only recently - so it would appear it was not required when you submitted your application.
