basis, i spoke to consultants as well as bankers themselves. The questions were a bit tough for them , because there is a bit of grey in there. As I understand IOC still has not strated rolling, they are making final changes..? Yes PIO card would let you work in india without restriction, except for board levels appointments which needs special permission. Mountaineering and research related works also have some restriction as I understand....
