Hello people
just looking for some estimated time scale guidance before someone can take any further action ie like writting the MP or the HO

How LONG DOES A FAMILY REUNION APPLICATION TAKE FOR A CHILD WHO WAS BORN IN THE UK BUT CURRENTLY NOT HERE THATS WITH FAMILY WITH DL

HO and confirmation

Just a question i wanted to ask is there any reason as to why the HO might not send an acknowledgement letter for an application sent over several weeks.
Do they first investing the application before acknowledgement or what is the process?

That is a very long time and if there are children involved there has to be a way to push this through and make it quicker

Thought i just add something i think for purposes of ensuring that your application is not sent back as invalid i would suggest stick to DL form if your conditions say so. FLR (O) a good idea to get a quick response but once charged i dont think you get your money back even if the application is inv...

There is no saying exactly what the home office will do but its likely depending on the information they have to reconsider you should get a response within 3 months. Ok thank you for your time new rules don't apply for old application if you have been granted 3 years DLR in 2011 that mean next extension 2014 you will get another 3 years because you are on the old rules the change don't apply on you the new rules is only apply for people who get there Decision on...

Its a complicated one but my application was in 2011 and decided after the rule changes i am particularly trying to understand the less than 4 year part because original you would get 3 years anyways then now its 2 and half which means by the time you do your next term its either 5 years or 6 years ...

I have a question with DL forms that have the before or on 8 July 2012 refused asylum but given exceptional circumstances for leave.
