Having learnt a lot through this forum, I believe it would be selfish not to post my case. I Was refused Tier 1 dependent visa last year 8th April 2013 with right to appeal, I appealed and was refused at the First tier tribunal ,I went to the upper tribunal and was referred back to first tier tribun...
