We have a Joint Bank Account, and all our food and utility bills are being paid for by my parents as we are living with them.

Plus my wife applied for her Spouse Visa before 9th July 2012. So we are under the old rules. When is the earliest we can make an application for ILR?

ILR qualifying period

Dear all,

My wife arrived from Pakistan on the Spouse Visa on 7th August 2012. Her visa was issued in Pakistan and it will expire on 28th October 2014. On what date is the earliest we can apply for her ILR? Your replies will be greatly appreciated.

Yes my wife has passed both of those. But I'm worried I don't have utility bills in my and my wife's names therefore she could be refused :(
