Re: SET(O) - Final checklist / last min docs list confirm pl

Thanks David1955,

I think I've got everything except the P60s, which I think and assume is not a requirement in this category, so keeping fingers crossed.

Thanks again and good luck with your upcoming application too.

Re: SET(O) - Final checklist / last min docs list confirm pl

Also see Tier 2 ILR Thanks @Obie Sorry but I don't quite get your suggested link, as to why should I be looking at that and if I'm looking at that anyhow, what parts of that document according to you are relevant in my case i.e. ILR application based on 5 years in Tier 2 ? Look. Forward to your rep...

Anyone please advise?

Hi there,

Not too sure why you couldn't simply Google it but post a question here about it!

Any-ways, all this info is here about different PEOs - https://www.gov.uk/ukvi-premium-service ... ice-centre

Re: how to book peo appointment

Hi there It is too soon to book for December. As far as I know you can only book an appointment in 42 days in advance. When you search appointments, keep your available from / to dates as narrow as possible . Focus on the dates you want to have the appointment. For example if you want December 15th...

MN1 Fees Query ?

Hi all, Just been looking at the MN1Form, the guidance document and the fees information for this, and then been reading the FAQs at http://www.immigrationboards.com/british-citizenship/citizenship-faqs-common-questions-read-before-posting-t95747.html There is a mention about the fees in the above t...

Re: MN1 - Any alternative option, fast track etc. ?

I dont't think there is a shorter way or an alternative to MN1 although after that instead of passport you can maybe apply for right of abode which might be a little faster. I agree that the fees are excessive but it is more than a formality. You are only thinking about very young children while MN...

Re: Last minute questions - ILR under TIER2

Hi, I have my appointment next month too. For 1, I believe it is your current salary (which should be backed up by a letter from your employer) and for 2 i believe it should be the date which the initial tier 2 was issued. Hopefully one of the gurus can clarify for us. good luck! Thanks, I thought ...

Re: Premium appointment - Fees taken during booking

Whereas it should read: (I think) Which category of leave are you applying under ? Thinking about the above, I selected TIER...
