Hi All I got my settlement VISA in sep 2014 and I am planning to apply for my dependents(who are on Tier 2 ICT dependent now) settlement VISA as they are eligible now. Does anyone knows, after getting Settlement VISA what happens to Tier 2 COS.As i know Tier 2 ICT VISA will be cancelled but not sure...

in my case i took letter with in one month from the date of appointment. i.e., after 14th Oct in your case if you are going on 24th Nov.

but not sure date will matter or not in case of company letter.

if you can get online pdf statement (which looks like normal monthly statement) get a print out and get it attested from bank. Thanks a lot, I have only 94 days absence in 5 yrs and not more than 33 days one time. my HR is saying they will give absence letter next week . Let's see how it goes.

I am on Teir 2 ICT and planning to apply for ILR next month and I have valid Teir 2 ICT VISA till Jan 2016.Any idea what will happen to my dependents VISA if I get ILR and my dependents don’t apply for ILR with me?

Please note, my dependents VISA is valid up to Jan 2016.
