Dear Gurus,
Is it possible to get an UK ID card while the ILR application is refused, and an appeal lodged? It takes a while and meantime ID is needed for jobs, travel etc. even within the UK.
I think we need passport to get an ID, but the passport is with home office.

Any body knows which application date is approved for ILR, in PBS Tier 1 category?
My solicitor says mine is taking more time, I applied in Jan 27 2014.
