Non eu dependent family of Eu national

If a person X has got 5 year non eu dependent visa of Spain on the basis of his British national brother living together in Spain. Can the person X sponsor(at his own) his spouse and children from non EU country to join him in Spain?.

All types of suggestions are welcome.

Hello all!!!

If a person in British national and is self employed in the UK for last 3 years. He is also self employed in Republic of Ireland for last 6 months. Is British citizen exercising his EU rights? Can he apply for his brother as EU dependent from Republic of Ireland?

Thanks for reply. The college is outer london. I have read the guidance notes, but one thing is not clear which is; Do I need to prove evidence of maintenace funds for one year (5400 pounds) or for five month (3000 pounds)?

Your wife will apply normal visa application form which is VAF1
the intended stay would be til the validity of your (Fakhard) visa. ur wife will get visa til sept 2008.
Fee will be the same which is 200 pounds

You can reapply with the photocopy of HSMP approval, as my friend in Paksitan did and BHC considred that.
