Can any one tell me if some one issued FPN than what is the meaning of driving licence counterpart endorsement with Convicting court number 2572 ..............is that mean you are convicting by this court number ?

but what about endorsements ie points on your licence ? for 6 points it says on counter part conviction code....... is that not conviction than ?

Amber, r u sure as 6 points (driving without insurance) are part of your criminal record and it says its a mandatory refusal with in 24 months for ILR applicant ?
