So does she need to get an extension again in 2017 for a year. Will there be any impact on her renewal in 2017 if this category won't exist anymor...

I have already got my ILR. My question is regarding my who is till on PBS dependent. Does this 180 days apply to dependent also. Is there any limitation of dependents absence from UK

If she gets 3 years extension that will take her to 2017 only so she has to apply for one more extension again before she is eligible for ILR.
As far as the English requirements for FLR m are concerned she has got valid IELTS of 7.5 from India that should do
