Think it's pointless appealing, the refusal seems to be justified. 1. Art. 8 won't apply. Was a proxy used? Deception is taken very seriously and no end of appeals would right that wrong. 2. my brother is british citizen, he is getting married in Pakistan soon but his future wife have visa for dubai too.

Can she apply her settlement from Dubai ? do they take bio metrics from there too.

Nikah will be done in Pakistan though.

I understand there is no appeal now and we would have to apply again if refused. My question is if re-applying do we have to pay full fee again £985 + £600 for health insurance?
