Re: September 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Hi Patt, Dont worry about it at all. I recieved one letter (first email and then hardcopy) covering both acknowledgement and debit of fees once fee was taken out. Since they have taken money out of your account you must rest assured for the time being that they have your application. You should rece...

Re: Good character requirement and non custodial offences

Thanks. I was most confused about the Heathrow airport warning as that related to customs and if that is about customs and the AN form says the following and I would be caught up for deception: " I authorise the HMRevenue&Customs to provide the UK Visas and Immigration with any information ...

Re: Good character requirement and non custodial offences

Thanks Amber. Just for clarifcation I would NOT need to declare the Fixed Penalty notice by council enforcement officers (issued for depositing litter) and Warning letter issued at Heathrow airport (UKBA/Customs- not sure). I will only declare the simple caution and supply with necessary evidence. C...

Two final questions: 1. re. the maintenance fund. what is the amount that is required to be shown coming in and in savings each month (if she obtained her original dependent visa before 09th July 2012 and extended it for a further 2 years last year)? 2. If she had extended her visa...
