No need for degree, if you have already sent it very first time with the app. Also, expired IELTS is fine.

Hi I have got just 3 dividends (after every 4 months) in the whole year. But it does not matter you take them once, twice, or how many times in a financial year as far as you attach all dividend vouchers with your application. BTW, I had to prove £23,000 annual income so it was not a big deal for me...
