1. Yes FLR(M) is correct, don't forget the financial appendices that need to also be completed . You will also have to pay the health surcharge of £500 before you apply. Your sister can only be your dependent if she is under 18 yrs of age and have no one to look after her, if thats not the case unfortunately you cannot bring her to UK as ur dependent
