well if you have problem don,t read it. it is for those who think that 2 years cohabitation is necessary. Because when i applied my case lots of folks told me I am not gona win it because of less than 2 years cohabitation. Therefore this thread is hope for people similar to my case.

but yes it took just 10 days since my appeal approved to get RC which is really quick , usually home HO takes month to process it. :D

I'm wondering if theres an issue here that could be taken to ECJ. A couple cohabitating in the UK dont have to prove they have been together for two years to apply for instance for housing benefit. That they say they are living together is enough. For this two years to apply only to an EEA immigran...
