Re: Whatsapp Call Log

Hi, Sorry in advance if this question seems bit stupid. My whatsapp call log only showing call history for last 6 weeks , I think for some reason whats app started archiving call logs. I use whats app to call my wife and I was thinking of submitting whatsapp call log as proof of being in contact. I...

Re: Spouse Visa refused 3 times **help**

^^thankyou all for the replies! Yes all my documents are original and my lawyer thoroughly checked all before submitting, no refusal on documents just regarding the phone call and I feel it's really unfair. I am thinking of appealing as I cannot bear the thought of submitting another application, i...

Re: FAO: FORUM MODERATORS

Old threads only appear when a member posts in them . There is no 'super moderator' and this isn't within the role of the board administrator. Can you imagine how many old threads a search would throw up and the time that would take? You'll just have to put up with reading a comment from mods now a...

Re: FAO: FORUM MODERATORS

Not as simple as that unfortunately. Suggest ignore the threads then where we comment as such but most new posts in old threads are removed/split to a their own topic anyway. Either you don't have the option available to you or you're unaware of it or this forum is out of date and needs to be updat...

Re: FAO: FORUM MODERATORS

Well that would be far more time consuming than commenting as we do wouldn't it. Not at all.. You should have the option to mass lock threads all in one go. If you don't, then a super moderator or the administrator will definitely have the option to do it. The main page should be populated with onl...

FAO: Forum moderators

Instead of telling members a thread is 4 years old (for example) and that the original poster hasn't logged in since X number of years, therefore not to expect them to reply.. Why not just lock all threads which are over 6 months or a year old. That way you don't need to keep repeating yourselves wh...

You made the right decision to reapply, otherwise, you would have still been waiting today.

Re: what to do for my spouse ?

You need a minimum if six months payslips with corresponding bank statements. You won't have that before your parnters visa expires. what i am thinking is to apply FLR(FP) in December and use delay tactics and then in march or April 2016 will vary FLR(FP) application to spouse category. in this way...

Did you get your hours sorted out?

If you don't wanna wait any longer, the other option is to reapply.

Go see your wife as well.

Btw, fees have increased today.

Re: house survey for accomodation

Try your local immigration/solicitors first (if you want to save money). They maybe quite a bit cheaper than the ones you find on google or the one suggested above.

I paid a local firm around £60-£70. Got the report back the next day.

Reapplied online for my wife and this time it was charged in PKR and not pounds, so the actual amount coming out of my bank account was more like £1785, due to exchange rate and charge by bank for using foreign currency. 171,360 PKR application, 102,000 PKR for NHS surcharge.
