@i.need.help this is bcoz my brother is providing us accommodation..without any cost so just added his details to confirm that he is not taking any kinds of benefits and paying full council tax and earning an amount which lets him to provide us accommodation without any cost. that form is not neede...

Did you submit original certificate or copy only? They dont require anything...for ielts i submitted a copy the premuim service guy returned the copy as well So you didn't submit a English test certificate at all? If you followed the 28 day rule. You should be fine. Maybe another member can give their opinion. i think you posted the rule...

It'll be costly, but a lot quicker than a appeal, which will take 4-6 months guaranteed (going by how long it's taking others) and if it goes to court, you'll be looking at a year +/-.
