Dhillon, Firstly, you should go through the UK Gov website Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa and the T1E policy guidance . You will find answers to most of your questions there. You/your wife can switch to this visa from Tier 2. I hope your wife's education background/work experience is good enough to impr...

Re: our one of the contracts was rung today

I think its a positive sign. As I look in my crystal ball I see a shabily dressed case worker open your file with a copy of T1 E guidance on one side. He starts to examine the application and the documents thinking more of the ways to pay the mortgage and the bruises he got from the scuffle with hi...

This is the wrong forum to ask that particular question. Though you may get a few responses here, you might get better and more responses in one of the following 2 forums. You should try asking there.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Hope you get healthy soon. You said you were discharged from A&E ward within 4 hours, is that after you chose emergency service in that ward? So, who will decide if your case needs emergency service or not? If what they said is true and someone in a similar si...

Huehue, yes you can do that. As long as you invest the entire 200K in the 3 years, there is no restriction on how you break up the amount. Another very important caution in your case. Since you are planning to buy another business, DON'T BUY the whole business per se! Instead buy that company's asse...

Re: Got Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa after 1.5 year

Congrats on the visa. Your partner's appeal outcome has no consequence on your visa, so don't worry. If his gets rejected, you need to invest the entire 50K and create 2 new full-time jobs all by yourself. By the way, what was the reason for his refusal? Yes, you can do any other business too, just ...

Re: Open new Business in UK

If you can find a team member who has access to 100K, all you need is to raise another 50K for the visa application. Once your visa is granted you could return the money. You will have your 50K and your team member's 100K readily available to invest in the UK and another 3 years to earn and invest t...

Re: T1 50K route advice

You CAN'T apply with 50K outside UK. Outside UK is only for 200K.

To apply inside UK with your OWN 50K, you must have ENGAGED in a business activity prior to 11 July, 2014. If you haven't, then you must seek the 50K from an FCA regulated VC or UKTI Competition or Gov.

It must be £945 for yourself + £630 for each dependant. If your wife is your team member and NOT your dependant, then it would be £945+£630 = £1575 for 90 days.
