Re: T1 entrepreneur visa needed materials and so

Hi there, I meant 200k instead of 20k. For the information you provided, i have another question though its a brilliant idea. Me and my friend is on general visiting visa in uk. It seems impossible to open a joint account using our current visa. How could that be solved? Any idea. Thanks Visiting t...

Re: T1 entrepreneur visa needed materials and so

First of all it's either 200k or 50k pounds but not 20k. As you already know, your father needs to give you a support letter but it should also include his acknowledgement that he recognises you have formed an entrepreneurial team with your friend (should show his name) and that he fully trusts your...

Dear experts Is anyone won appeal in entrepreneur team who got 25k in 2 partner’s bank account? My appeal will be very soon… thanks Hi HITS123, Were your two accounts held in two individual names separately - single name accounts? One account only in your name and the other account in your partner'...

Yes, it will meet the investment requirement.

As long as own remuneration doesn't dig in to 200K spent on eligible expenses, it is OK!

Re: Fast Food as a Second Business

Yes, you can start any business you want, BUT if you want to claim points on it for extension it has to be at least NQF Level 4. If you don't want to claim points, then it doesn't really matter what business you start. And yes, it could be under your existing company as umbrella company, but the sti...

Re: wedding on Tier 1 ent Visa and 6 months to 10 years

You created the nightmare for yourself! You knew what you were getting into before you applied. The wedding you mentioned in your post is entirely your personal trouble, so don't sneer at the Tier 1 Ent visa . You have all the answers to your questions already, it's entirely up to you whether to ta...

Re: Being a director for another company

It confounds me how inconsiderate people that come here asking for help without providing RELEVANT information about the question they ask!!!! In your case you didn't say if you were on 50K or 200K (don't expect members to waste their valuable time to go and search for your previous posts). A Tier 1...

Re: Switching from Tier 2 General - 50k or 200k

Hi Ankita, Yes, for you only 200K route is the option if you want to switch to Tier 1 Ent visa. I know you want to do IT contracting, but why do you want to apply for the Ent visa when you have a T2 General, that too with only 2.5 years to go before you can apply for ILR? Is your T2 General at stake...

Re: Fast Food as a Second Business

You needed to at least mention if yours was a 50K route or 200K! Will help members provide suggestions better. The route does make a difference in providing you the correct information, as the 50K route has a very important requirement that 200K doesn't.

Re: Bank letter format

@ 82517 We have opened joint accounts just this week! If you see on the forum, most applicants are opening new accounts before they apply because their original banks are not providing the letter format. So, I don't think that's a big issue, and there is no requirement for the age of account itself ...

Re: Business plan and interview

Understood. :) Now, it's clear that the franchisor is not willing to provide you market data before you make a contract, and you can only make a contract after you land in the UK. However, in your case (so is mine too), you need a "Letter of Intent" (LoI) from the franchisor expressing the...

Re: Business plan and interview

Dear attahaas Thanks alot for your answer. I am wondering how come buying new stock from franchisor for my business and paying the leasehold fee can't be counted as investment! I read in this forum and in the visa guideline that business permises rent is counted as investment why it doesn't count w...

Re: Bank letter format

Hi Attahaas Thanks for your reply. It looks quite reasonable and sensible way to satisfy both Bank and HO. I don't understand why you opened two joint account? Couldn't you achieve by opening single joint account? Do you already have a joint business etc to prove why you have joint accounts? Do you...

Re: Business plan and interview

@Fza You should be more worried about how the 200K fund would be spent on eligible expenses once you become a franchisee, than the things you mentioned. One member posted on the forum a while ago about his application with Shell franchise for 200K. With Shell franchise, 100K will go into bank deposi...
