You needed to at least mention if yours was a 50K route or 200K! Will help members provide suggestions better. The route does make a difference in providing you the correct information, as the 50K route has a very important requirement that 200K doesn't.

If you see on the forum, most applicants are opening new accounts before they apply because their original banks are not providing the letter format.
