Suggestion: Google AN form guidance notes, have a read and also Google AN form and have a look!

Unless im mistaken you have to wait for 12 months on ILR unless married to a british citizen

This isnt true in my opinion! I believe they do thngs in batches.
Ive seen a many Spouse approvals then this site was quiet fir a few days, now im seeing many Tier based approvals so who knows!

So you answered your own question!

Most likely the PO box address goes to the other place anyway sodoes it really matter!

Wherever you send it, send it by recorded or special delivery so you can track when it gets delivered to them.

Ignore the Post Offuce, they have no advertise in this area. Under what criteria are you applying for Citizenship? If youre an EU national you dont get brps anyway Correct, Tick No in the boxes you mentioned. And yes once you apply and they take payment, they will send you a letter requesting you to...

i think the NCS is mistaken.

If you apply just add the information u told us hereon the ' additional info' page and it should be fine.

Have you passed the Life in the UK test?

Yes Im aware if the rules post November 2015.

My husband took ESOL exam in Feb 2014 and used it for ILR jn July 2014. Used same certificate for Naturalisation in June 2015 and NCS said it was fine. And yes it has the Ofqual logo on the certificate itself

my hubby applied on 11th june but it is now showing that his pre 6th April esol certification QAN number has been withdrawn from the ofqual register!!!!! when we applied the ncs rang them up in front of us and saud that he could use it cos he used same one to apply for ILR just a year before!!!!
