Re: applied on older version of AN form

You should be fine. If it wasn't they SHOULD send it back to you asking to fill in new form but if NCS didn't question it, it should be okay.

Under what basis did you apply ( tier based or spouse of BC) and any response yet?

I applied for British Citizenship on 19/05/2014.
Got a refusal letter on 12/03/2015 (10 months later).
Submitted a Reconsideration Application on 13/04/2015.
It has now been over 6 months and no decision (no calls or letters from HO either).

Frustrated...
why were you refused?

Re: Unsuccessful applications

You were better to have declared it! Even though it's not a conviction and you simply paid the fine, you got points so it needed to be declared. If you haven't declared it and when they do find out, it may look like you was being dishonest. Maybe it's worth writing a letter to them stating you made ...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

Since the application was done 13th June, they may not answer you until 13th December or later .... Even with British passport I think u need visa for Australia anyway so you may be able to transfer it over if BC approval comes before. For Vienna schengen visas aren't expensive so just carry on with...

Re: ESOL or SELT?

Next month ESOL certificates wont be accepted anymore.

In my opinion it would be better to get both your mum AND your dad to do SELT from Trinity College unless your mum applies asap and your father afterwards!!!

Did thry both pass the Life In The UK test also?
