You can but there is a £250 Max Value limit on Postal Order. So it's better £175 x 3 You pay £12.50 fee per PO.

1. A print out of the online status with original British passports
2. One SD envelope for a family is accepted. You can send all passports in one envelope and include one self addressed/stamped SD envelope for return.

No, Employment is not considered as a qualification for OCI/PIO - You should be fine, It states that any person who is a employee of British Government organisation, Police or Army does not qualify for OCI.
