Amber is no longer on the forum. Your wide will need to apply for a FLR(M) extension which will be for 2.5 years. She will also have to pay £500 immigration health surcharge plus the visa fee. Thanks for the reply. can she apply ILR after Mar 18 (where she would be finished 5 years of my dependent)...

When you apply for your ILR, you dont need to apply the same for your baby (as long as your baby doesn't travel outside of UK). When you get you ILR approved, you can register your baby as a British Citizen. And then after that, you can apply for a passport for the child. someone could help me as a...
