ashishashah, If you were enrolled before Nov, 2006 changes, you would be eligible to extend when your current leave expires under HSMP JR. I have done lot of monday to thursday continuous travelling from UK to Germany for almost 2 months. I once travelled to Germany on Monday and my visa was expiring on friday, and came back on Thursday without any issues.

My friend who was in similar situation and his ILR was rejected. He showed all the payslips and contracts etc. but ECO rejected on the basis that he has spent almost year and half outside UK though he used to come back to UK every weekend. It still a gray area and mainly depend upon the case worker....

I requested for Urgent Treatment to my application on 6th July, since I have to go for urgent business trip to US and have to appear for VISA with all my original documents. Will call Home office tonight to confirm their acceptance regarding the same.
