Did you send an application which is voidable to the Home Office, prior to the appeal. This will enable them to consent to the matter being dealt with by the Tribunal? Also what prove of identity did you use to gain entrance since your passport is with HO, or you only need confirmation of your booking.

After Boimetric and your case has been passed to case worker and they told you further check is required. Furthermore, you will hear from us by next week when your documents will be post to you. to be honest i think you are being silly and your lawyer is right and so is HO (which isn't something you hear me say a lot) you should have withdrawn the appeal before submitting the new application and you should now probably withdraw the appeal and submit the application again and pay a new fee,...
