CoS is it not assigned yet. So that's what we are trying to determine what to include in the box where it says enter the detail of labour market test. 'Exempt from RLMT' or 'Detais of advertisements (ie links to the advertisements, how long it ran for etc)' or both ??

Thanks for reply. The company is very small. There's no separate HR department. The principal is the key person and does all the work related to HO and SMS system. I was given a draft CoS for confirmation before it's submitted. I thought the same that there should be mention of RLMT exemption in CoS...

No it was not. Information on my CoS was as per my passport and in the cover letter I addressed the mistakes. So there was not any issue due to that.
