This is not so quick that they refused your husband's visa and he must have to leave the country. You have to prove the genuineness of the case which is not very difficult as it seems. What I understand, it has been closed for those who have not registered their companies with company house and inland revenue department before 11/7/14. Those who have done this already, will be allowed to apply with some more restrictions.
