Re: Return of passport during EEA card application

You can request your passport back if you are the EU applicant, a visa free national of the UK or if you still have valid leave during the process of your application. From my understanding your passport will not be returned if you have n...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

@ belegurth thats absolute rubbish what your solicitor said, your EU partner can request his passport or ID card at any point during the application. This does not affect the application at any point. Theres two options either call the home office and select the option to return documents or go onto...

Re: Case remitted back to HO

@ abam how long did the courts take to send you the determination after your appeal? I called the courts and all they say is that i have to wait and when i call the HO they say they can't deal with my case again until they receive the letter from the FTT. So frustrating seems like I've been put on h...

Case remitted back to HO

My hearing at the FTT was in January and the judge allowed the case and remitted it back to the HO office to make a lawful decision. My question is does the judge write a determination letter to both parties, i haven't herd anything from the court or HO since my appeal.

Re: Can you get refused a RC because of a criminal convictio

It basically says that i have not provided enough evidence for them to excersie discretion in my favour because of the public policy test they done to decide wether it would impinge on my rights. and my criminality has been assed under domestic law. But as i said the main focus was on my past crimin...
