She will only qualify after 5 years residence on her own visa counting from 2013. There is no quick way unfortunately because even if she switched to FLR(M) (spouse of person settled), it is also a 5 year visa, but she would be free to work for any employer. thanks for your answer can you please ex...

hi,
I m in similar situation, I have received my approval letter 2 months ago, i have contact them on 15 may and they told me a caseworker will contact me.
Still waiting.
I am thinking to call the number tomorrow.
Hope you don't have to wait as long as i did.
