I have changed my visa from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Gen last month 25th. Now my wife and daughter , they are still on the Tier 2 ICT LTR which is valid till Jan end 2015. My question is when should i switch their visa? Can they stay in the country till Jan end 2015 or I should switch now? Please help.

This is really strange, because i Spoke to two Immigration Consultants and they said I would be able to apply only before 28 days of my travel date which is 09-May-2010.

That is why i am a bit confused.
