Re: anyone can guide me for 200K enterprenuer visa type,

Hello,

I suppose you could make an investment in the business of your relatives.
You will need to demonstrate that your background and experience would be suitable for running dry-cleaner business and that you would be taking an active role in the management of the company.

Re: Contract for biomedical related business

Hi Meesha I do not understand why the lawyers couldn't help you, a contract is a document outlining agreement between the parties. The essential parts of the contract should be there, as for the rest it totally depends on what the parties have agreed. UKBA does tick the boxes, so as long as you have...

Re: Can I start my business in the second year?

I don't see an issue here. You already started your business, many companies spend a year or more in product developing phase before they launch their product in the market. I assume you are spending the money you invested from your company account on product development. I which case I don't see an...

Re: Possible ways to invest in business under Entrepreneur V

That's true, accountants do not know the rules of HO. They will prepare accounts for you as they would prepare for any Ltd. Make sure that you spend £200k on your business, that includes any contractors and employees. You can not pay yourself salary or any payment from £200k, but if you make profits...

The reason being that it gives an additional assurance of company's success and contribution to the UK economy...
