Re: Re-entering UK on tier 2 visa

Hi

If it is the first time you are enterin country with Tier 2 visa, then it is probably worth carrying a letter from employer regarding your relocation.
Sometimes, Immigration officers do query about such details

Re: Doubt about Premium service

Hi for your question, answer is simple. 1) You MUST have all the supporting documents this includes your passport and BRP (If issued) for premium service. it doesnt matter whether those docs are with HO or someone else. It is your responsibility to get it back. 2). I would suggest you to apply for v...

Re: Tier 2 ICT LT switching and settling in UK

Hi Charlie, As physicskate explained, Tier2 ICT migrants with grants afte 6 April 2010 wouldn't lead to ILR. since you got your ICT in March 2013, unfortunately you wouldn't be allowed to switch into any other category. Only way would be to go back to your native country, serve 12 months of "co...

Re: Changing sponsorship

Hi Sunakshi It is sad to hear that you have been made redundant. For experts to provide you with useful info, you should post more accurate information as possible. 1) which category are you current in ?? 2) when did you apply this ?? 3) till when it is valid 4) did you receive any communication fro...

Re: INFO REQUIRED- T2ICT to T2G

Hi,

Answer to your queries:

1). Under rules placed after 14 June 2012, Tier 2G cannot be extended beyond 6 years.

2). yes, if you stay under T2G for 5 years, you will be eligible for ILR.

Re: Eligibility - ILR

Hi Traumanursey, Since you were granted leave as nurse or midwifery and earning higher than 20,500 GBP, I do not see any problem with your eligiblity towards ILR in 2016. Unless, 1) You do not have more than 180 days absence from UK in a calendar year 2). Between switching new sponsorer, you do not ...

Re: ILR Application Eligibility Check - No NI for 2 years

Hi, As fellow member - Macro_Run suggested, you are eligible for ILR from 20 Jan 2010 time line. 1) Coming to documentation, here is where it can get murky for you. During your absence from UK (March 2010 - June 2010) You have to prove to HO that you were paid full salary as a paid leave or if you h...

Re: pbs-ilr addtional document? plz help

Hi, My suggestion would be to send the documents that you have rather than NOT sending at all. If you decide to send the documents requested by HO, I suggest you NOT to send NEW house council tax statement since that would make ALL other documents VOID. HO would then obliged to gather co-habitation ...

Re: Please advise when can I apply for ILR

Hi, your post is bit confusing. 1) Tell us which period you are thinking to count towards 5 year duration ??? Is it from Aug 2011 to Aug 2016 ??? 2). Were you paying full tax to HMRC on above said duration. If so can you prove it. 3) from March 2012 onwards, can you prove you are earning minimum of ...

Re: ILR Dependant Form type

Hi, SET(0) form is for ILR route under various categories. One such category is PBS dependant. You would have selected this option in section 3. Rgarding, actual ILR holder details, you dont have to specify in the application. In supporting documents, you should send a photocopy of your passport and...

Re: ILR Dependant Form type

Hi

you should use SET (O) form for PBS dependant too.

Lot of people get confused with this. FLR (M) is NOT for ILR instead it is for Leave to Remain as a partner of settled person in UK

Re: ILR Eligibility 2014?

Hi 1). I believe, tier 2 migrant + tier-1 migrant combination is NOT available 2). Even if 1) is available then you are not eligible since, tier 2 ICT migrant route towards ILR is only applicable if applicant has a ICT before 6th APril 2010 (which you have) but shouldn't have broken continuous perio...

Re: pbs-ilr addtional document? plz help

Hi, Firstly, you have used correct form SET (O) for PBS dependant. My next question would be, what are the supporting documents that you have attested for supporting your wife's application ??? Along with KoLL, B1 certificate, co-habitation documents; you must have also submitted past three months b...

Re: Out of the Country for 10 months during this 5 Year

Hi Success of your application depends on two things. 1) Between Oct 2011 and sep 2012, have you paid UK taxes and filed P60 form i.e. as long as you furnish full details of your tax payments for 5 years, your application should be fine (try to get employment history details from HMRC) 2) As one ano...

Re: Tier 2 General,Company forcing to go- Seeking urgent hel

Hi, though at the outset, your case seems to be difficult but it is not so uncommon. my advice would be not to panic. just think thru the process. Firstly, No company can just say that you have to leave next day. Atleast they should provide 4 weeks of time to settle rentals, bill payments, tax payme...

Re: Eligibility - ILR

Hi, correct me if got your numbers wrong. Visa stamped: Aug 2013 You would be completing your 5 years under Tier 2 General by Aug 2018. Yes, you would be eligible and able to apply for ILR at earliest of 28 days prior to end of 5 years provided your latest leave to remain grant as Tier 2 General. Fr...

Re: Tier 2 ICT Dependant to Tier 2 General Switch

Hi, Since ur original ICT was granted after April 2011, 1). you can only get your ICT extended for MAX of 5 years which means, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for ILR. 2). You cannot switch from T2 ICT to T2 General within UK either. 3). I am NOT sure whether your wife who currently have T2 ICT dependent grant...

TIER 2 ICT to ILR ROUTE

Hi All, I have gone thru almost all posts here but my case is different, hence created a new post. I am in UK under TIER 2 ICT. My stamping dates are: Date: 10 Jan 2010 to 09 Jan 2011 (Tier 2 ICT Migrant) stamped in outside UK Date: 08 Jan 2011 to 07 Jan 2012 (Tier 2 ICT established staff) stamped o...
